ManyPets, a pet insurance company based in the United Kingdom, is exiting the U.S. market. However, the company will continue to operate in its home country. Starting January 1, 2025, existing ManyPets policyholders in the U.S. will be transferred to Odie, another pet insurance provider, as their current plans come up for renewal.

Odie has agreed to cover pre-existing conditions that were previously covered by ManyPets. The company will also handle any future claims and customer service issues that may arise. Until the new Odie policy becomes active, policyholders should continue to submit claims to ManyPets as they normally would. The ManyPets app and web portal will remain operational, allowing customers to manage claims submitted under their old policy.

For any assistance, Odie’s customer service team can be reached via email at [email protected] or by phone at 877-327-0471. This transition is expected to streamline services for ManyPets’ U.S. customers, with Odie taking over the responsibility of managing their pet insurance needs.

For those considering alternative pet insurance options, several other providers are available in the market. Some of the notable companies include AKC, Allstate, ASPCA, Banfield, Bivvy, Chewy, Costco, Embrace, Fetch, Figo, Geico, Hartville, Healthy Paws, Kanguro, Lemonade, Liberty Mutual, MetLife, Nationwide, Paw Protect, Pawp, Petco, Pets Best, Progressive, Prudent Pet, Pumpkin, Spot, State Farm, Trupanion, and Wagmo.
