CBS13 and FOX 23 are teaming up again for their annual Shred-A-Thon event to help residents protect themselves against identity theft. The event, scheduled for Friday from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., will take place at the stations’ studios located at 81 Northport Drive in Portland.
Residents can bring their old documents to be shredded on the spot by Shredding On Site, the event’s partner. This service provides a secure way to dispose of sensitive documents, reducing the risk of identity theft.
The entrance to the complex is accessible from Washington Avenue. This community-focused event is part of CBS13 and FOX 23’s commitment to serving the local community.
