Prior to joining Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, she was associated with Pramerica Life Insurance as the Head of Distribution HR. Her professional background also includes working with Lenskart Solutions, ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company, Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, and Citigroup Global Services.
Abrol’s extensive experience in HR is expected to enhance Reliance Nippon Life Insurance’s talent acquisition processes. Her appointment is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the company’s HR capabilities.
