Zeigler Automotive Group Wins 12th ‘Best & Brightest Companies To Work For’ Award in Chicago

Zeigler Automotive Group has been recognized with its 12th Best & Brightest Companies To Work For Award in the Chicago market. The award, presented by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), honors organizations in the Greater Chicago area that meet established standards in company culture, human resources, and related areas.

The company, which recently expanded its luxury vehicle operations by acquiring Ferrari Lake Forest from the Mancuso family, stands out as the only dealership group to receive this recognition 12 times in the Chicago market. According to Aaron Zeigler, president of Zeigler Auto Group, ‘This award represents more than just consistency—it reflects our unwavering focus on creating an environment where people can grow, innovate, and thrive.’

The award program, which has an approximately ten-to-one applicant-to-winner ratio, selects companies with recognized business and human resources practices. Mike Van Ryn, vice president of talent development at Zeigler Auto Group, noted that earning their 12th Best & Brightest award in Chicago ‘reflects the intentional work we’ve done over the years to create a workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow.’

An independent research firm evaluated the winning companies based on various criteria, including compensation and benefits, wellness programs, employee engagement and retention, education and development, recruitment, recognition, communication, inclusion, work-life balance, community involvement, and leadership performance. Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO of NABR and the Best & Brightest Programs, emphasized that ‘these companies have excelled by prioritizing their workplace culture. By putting their employees first, this group of leaders has created a foundation that distinguishes them in their industries and communities.’

Zeigler Auto Group has received multiple awards related to employee and customer satisfaction. The Kalamazoo-based company was recognized on Glassdoor’s 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S. for 2023 and 2024. Additionally, Zeigler has received Best & Brightest awards in the regions where it operates, including its 19th consecutive West Michigan award, 12th Chicago-area award, and seventh consecutive national award.
