Tom Ponce Recognized for Excellence in Financial Planning
ST LOUIS, MO, June 10, 2025 – Tom Ponce, CF2, NSSA, BPC, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. As a lead holistic financial planner at The Chamberlin Group, Mr. Ponce has established himself as a distinguished professional in the financial planning industry.
Since 2024, Mr. Ponce has been instrumental in managing a team of financial advisors at The Chamberlin Group, crafting and adjusting client plans, and conducting training sessions. His comprehensive approach to financial planning is evident in his work, which includes meeting with clients to deliver their taxes and review accounts, as well as teaching retirement topics at local libraries.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Ponce served as a holistic financial planner at The Chamberlin Group from 2021 to 2024, honing his skills in income and tax planning, investments, annuities, life insurance, Social Security planning, and Medicare planning. His early career includes his tenure at Slagle Financial, where he worked as an insurance specialist from 2015 to 2021, and as a marketing associate at Brokerage Unlimited Inc.
Mr. Ponce holds a Bachelor of Science in business marketing from Eastern Illinois University and several certifications, including Certified Financial Fiduciary, National Social Security Advisor, and Bucket Plan Certified. He has received numerous accolades, including the Planner of the Year Award from The Chamberlin Group in 2024.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Ponce has been actively involved with the American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA), leading educational seminars aimed at helping retirees maximize their benefits and structure their retirement plans effectively. He is also involved in civic-minded organizations through volunteering and supporting charitable golf events.
