CRC Group Rebrands Employee Benefits Division

CRC Group has rebranded its employee benefits division, BenefitMall, under the new name CRC Benefits. This strategic move is part of a larger effort to unify the company’s offerings and strengthen its position in the wholesale insurance market. The rebranding aims to simplify the company’s structure, improve market clarity, and enhance the value delivered to retail agency partners.

The updated brand includes a new name, logo, and visual identity, aligning CRC Benefits with other CRC Group business units. According to the company, this change will present a more consistent message to the market while maintaining a focus on service delivery and product access for brokers and carrier partners.

“It’s all about delivering more value for our customers in the simplest, most effective way,” said Neil Kessler, CEO of CRC Specialty + Benefits. “Bringing our benefits business under the CRC brand simplifies our structure, strengthens our message, and reinforces our commitment to being the go-to growth partner for agencies nationwide.”

CRC Benefits offers a comprehensive wholesale employee benefits platform, providing group and individual coverage across medical, non-medical, and stop-loss lines. The division supports retail partners working with businesses of all sizes.

“While our name and look are changing, our unwavering commitment to our retail brokers and carrier partners remains the same,” said Bob Love, President of CRC Benefits. “The CRC Benefits brand better reflects the scale, service, and solutions we bring to brokers and carriers every day.”

The rebranding follows CRC Group’s acquisition of BenefitMall in 2022. The acquisition was expected to enhance CRC Group’s ability to provide retail agents with a broad portfolio of insurance products, including property and casualty, life, annuity, long-term care, and employee benefits. With the rebrand now complete, CRC Benefits is positioned to operate as an integrated part of CRC Group’s national platform.
