Grange Insurance Honored with Corporate Citizenship Award for Record Community Impact
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Grange Insurance Company has been recognized with the prestigious Corporate Citizenship Award by Columbus Business First, acknowledging its exceptional community impact in 2024. The award highlights the company’s record-breaking charitable giving, significant associate engagement, and strong nonprofit leadership across the organization.
The Corporate Citizenship Award program, initiated in 2018, replaces the Corporate Caring Awards and showcases the philanthropic efforts of Central Ohio companies and their employees. Grange Insurance was honored in the large workplace category for its outstanding contributions.

In 2024, Grange Insurance provided over $2.3 million in financial support to more than 500 nonprofit organizations. This total includes $500,000 from associate giving and contributions through Grange Enterprise Gives. The company also introduced new initiatives that made volunteering easier and more accessible, resulting in nearly 13,000 associate volunteer hours in 2024. Additionally, about 75% of company leaders served on nonprofit boards, and Grange offered board leadership training to enhance their effectiveness as community leaders.
