International consulting firm BRG has launched its first business insurance claims practice outside the US, targeting the EMEA region. Richard Cameron-Williams has been appointed to lead this new initiative. The practice will provide support for business interruption claims across various industries, offering litigation guidance and forensic accounting expertise for issues such as loss of profits, breach of contract, and fraud investigations.
Cameron-Williams expressed his enthusiasm about launching the practice, stating, “I’m delighted to be launching the firm’s business insurance claims practice in EMEA, particularly during this exciting period of expansion for the business. I truly believe we’ll bring a unique proposition to the regional market, combining the firm’s global reach and expertise and my position as an independent expert.”
This move is part of BRG’s ongoing strategy to grow globally. The firm currently employs over 50 professionals in the US who specialize in quantifying losses for insurance purposes. The expansion into EMEA marks a significant step in BRG’s international development, leveraging its expertise to serve a broader client base.
