Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Dyste Williams, Strengthening Small Business Insurance Presence
ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., March 3, 2025 – Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG) has announced the acquisition of Dyste Williams, a retail insurance agency based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The acquisition, revealed today, aims to enhance Gallagher’s existing capabilities in the small business insurance sector.
Dyste Williams specializes in offering a comprehensive suite of insurance services, including commercial lines, employee benefits, and personal lines, catering to clients throughout the Upper Midwest. Ted Dyste, Nels Dyste, and their team will continue operations at their present location, now as part of the Gallagher Agency Alliance division. They will report to Jen Tadin, head of Gallagher Select, which manages the company’s U.S. property/casualty operations for small businesses and personal insurance.
