AmeriLife Completes Acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services
CHARLOTTE, NC and CLEARWATER, FL – March 3, 2025 – AmeriLife Group, LLC (“AmeriLife”), a national entity specializing in developing and distributing life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions, announced today the successful completion of its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services and Hanleigh Management (collectively “Crump”) from TIH Insurance Holdings, LLC (“TIH”). The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
