AmeriLife Finalizes Acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services
CHARLOTTE, NC AND CLEARWATER, FL / March 3, 2025 / ACCESS Newswire – AmeriLife Group, LLC (“AmeriLife”), a national organization specializing in life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions, announced today the completion of its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services and Hanleigh Management (collectively referred to as “Crump”) from TIH Insurance Holdings, LLC (“TIH”). The terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
