    Lincoln Financial Names James Morris to Board of Directors

    RADNOR, Pa. — Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) announced today the election of James (Jim) Morris to its Board of Directors. The appointment, effective March 3, 2025, increases the board’s size from ten to eleven directors.

    Mr. Morris retired as Chairman, President, and CEO of Pacific Life Insurance Company in April 2022. He had held those roles since 2007. Over his 40-year career at Pacific Life, Morris held various management positions with increasing responsibility, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Insurance Officer. Morris currently serves on the Board of Directors for Edison International.
