New License Plates Coming in 2025

Pennsylvania will introduce new license plates in 2025. These plates will honor the state’s historical significance as the birthplace of America. The design features the Liberty Bell and the inscription, “Let Freedom Ring.”
To receive updates when the new license plates become available, you can sign up to be notified. You will then receive information on how to order a plate for your vehicle.
REAL ID Enforcement
REAL ID enforcement is scheduled to begin on May 7, 2025. Further information about REAL ID is available on the PennDOT website.
