Hub International Ltd. announced Wednesday that it has acquired Malloy Imrie & Vasconi Insurance Services LLC, a Napa Valley, California-based agency. The financial details of the acquisition were not revealed.
MIV Insurance provides a range of services, including commercial coverage and employee benefits, with a focus on the agribusiness sector, including wineries, as well as high-net-worth personal insurance solutions. The agency operates from offices in Saint Helena and Napa, California.
According to a statement from Hub, partners and producers Timothy Malloy, David Capponi, Ted Bystrowski, and Kevin Dickenson, along with a staff of 43, will be integrated into Hub Central and Northern California.
