Jacqueline Morgan, owner of The Castle Insurance Agency, has been named one of Insurance Journal’s Top Insurance Agents nationwide, earning her the prestigious recognition as a 2024 Agent of the Year. The announcement was made in a recent press release.

Candidates for this honor were evaluated based on a combination of factors, including their sales performance, business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to professionalism. Morgan stood out as the only Virginia Insurance Agent to be recognized in 2024, and one of only five women to receive the award.

A resident of Warrenton, Morgan established The Castle Insurance Agency in August 2024, drawing upon nearly 12 years of experience within the insurance industry at a large carrier. Driven by a passion for simplifying the complexities of insurance, Morgan takes a concierge-style approach, tailoring coverage to the unique needs of each client, according to the release.

Her expertise encompasses property protection for both commercial and personal lines, with a particular focus on lessor’s risk, owned buildings, physical locations, restaurants, retail businesses, and contractors. She also emphasizes overall risk management strategies for small- and medium-sized businesses.

“Insurance is an exchange of trust between you and your client,” Morgan stated in the press release. “You are the translator, helping them to navigate how to best protect their business, their home, and their families. Experience and foresight are a currency in this industry and that is the biggest value that I bring to my clients when we plan out their risk management together.”

Morgan is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is an active member of the Fauquier County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a dedicated supporter of the Warrenton and Fauquier County communities.

The Castle Insurance Agency, located in Warrenton, is licensed to provide both business and personal insurance coverage in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland, and West Virginia.
