IBA Unveils List of 2024 “Rising Stars” in the Insurance Industry
As the insurance industry grapples with evolving challenges, a new generation of professionals is stepping up to guide its future. Facing retirements and shifting market demands, the industry depends on these emerging talents to navigate a complex landscape.
Insurance Business America (IBA) has released its 2024 “Rising Stars” list, spotlighting young professionals under 40 who have shown remarkable promise. The list honors individuals recognized for their commitment, leadership potential, and positive impact within their organizations.
Selection Process
The selection process began in May with a nationwide call for nominations. To be eligible, nominees had to be 40 or younger as of October 1, 2024, and committed to a long-term career in insurance. The evaluation process considered their accomplishments, career objectives, and contributions to innovation. Nominations were further supported by recommendations from senior leaders within their respective firms.
