CopperPoint Names Kellen Booher President and COO
CopperPoint Insurance Company has announced the appointment of Kellen Booher as its president and chief operating officer, effective March 31. This move is part of a planned leadership transition that will see Booher succeed Marc Schmittlein, the current CEO, upon his retirement in the first quarter of 2026.
Booher will report to Schmittlein and work alongside him for the next year to ensure a smooth transition. Schmittlein will then retire and transition to the role of Executive Chair of the CopperPoint board of directors.
