CRC Group, a wholesale specialty insurance distributor, has added Adam Jacobus and Tom Martina to its Dallas, Texas team. These appointments are part of CRC’s strategy to enhance its capabilities and improve service to retail agency partners across North America.

Jacobus joins CRC Specialty as senior vice president, bringing over 17 years of experience in wholesale brokerage. He specializes in complex casualty placements, including general liability, auto, pollution, excess, and workers’ compensation, with a focus on the energy, construction, and environmental sectors.
Martina joins CRC as senior broker, bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience. His expertise includes general liability, excess, pollution, and auto coverage, with an emphasis on construction, environmental, energy, and manufacturing risks.
Neptune Flood Announces Key Leadership Changes
Neptune Flood has made significant leadership changes, promoting Matt Duffy to president. Duffy will oversee Neptune’s strategic initiatives and operations, building on his key role in the company’s growth to over 230,000 policies in force and approaching $300 million in premiums.
Alais Griffin has joined Neptune as general counsel, bringing experience in legal strategy and regulatory compliance to guide the company through its next expansion phase.
