Allianz Life Expands Health Insurance Offerings in Malaysia
Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia (Allianz Life) has introduced Allianz AssuredLink, a new investment-linked insurance plan with the HealthAssured medical rider. The plan is designed to provide extensive coverage and added value to customers.
HealthAssured introduces new features. These include a 20% discount on the Cost of Insurance (COI) at the time of signing up for the plan. The COI discount is also offered continuously at 20% if no claims are made during the review period.
Customers can also choose between 5% or 15% co-insurance options, based on their specific financial needs. This flexibility allows policyholders to tailor their coverage to their individual circumstances.
According to Allianz Life Chief Executive Officer Charles Ong, the plan is designed to offer extensive coverage and added value.
Assured Booster Campaign
Additionally, an Assured Booster Campaign, will run from March 1 to April 30, 2025. The campaign offers additional benefits to those who sign up during this period. These include a 50% increase in Hospital Room & Board coverage, an extra RM15 million in overall annual coverage, and an extended post-hospitalization treatment period of up to 365 days.
This initiative aims to provide enhanced financial protection and peace of mind for policyholders seeking comprehensive health insurance coverage.
