AmeriLife Group, a national organization specializing in life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions, announced the completion of its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services and Hanleigh Management (collectively referred to as “Crump”) from TIH Insurance Holdings, LLC (“TIH”) on March 3, 2025.

“We’re excited to officially open this new chapter between AmeriLife and Crump,” stated Scott R. Perry, chairman and CEO of AmeriLife. He extended his gratitude to TIH, Mike Martini, the Crump leadership team, and all transaction partners for their efforts in finalizing the deal. Perry also expressed anticipation for the combined entities to leverage their increased distribution power within the industry.

Mike Martini, CEO of Crump, echoed this sentiment, stating his appreciation for the dedicated individuals who contributed to the deal’s successful conclusion. He expressed his enthusiasm for Crump’s future under AmeriLife’s ownership, characterizing the transaction as a “win-win” scenario. Martini highlighted the alignment of visions and missions between the two companies, which he anticipates will create value for Crump’s stakeholders.

As previously announced, Crump will continue to operate as a standalone company and brand under Martini’s leadership, forming part of AmeriLife’s holistic wealth distribution platform, AmeriLife Wealth Group.
