AmeriLife Group, a national distributor of life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services and Hanleigh Management from TIH Insurance Holdings. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
