Ant Insurance Reports Significant Growth in Health Claims

HANGZHOU, China – In 2024, Ant Insurance, the online insurance brokerage platform of Ant Group, experienced a 55% year-over-year increase in health claims processed, handling 7.25 million claims total. The platform’s total health claim payouts reached RMB 9.2 billion (USD 1.3 billion). This growth stems from persistent enhancements in product offerings and user experience, which cultivate trust and meet user needs, further reflecting a rising demand for health insurance services.

According to the announcement, this success extends beyond the platform itself, with Ant Insurance’s partners also finding success. In fact, in 2024, a large number of claims were processed, proving that the platform is effective. The company’s partners are also experiencing an increase in the amount of claims processed.

Ant Insurance’s growth is attributed to several factors. Firstly, there has been an increase in demand for health insurance services, which has led to more claims being processed. Secondly, the company has become more efficient at processing claims. Finally, it credits innovations in its product offerings.

In 2023, p?E x?DFC2?46 saw a substantial increase in claims, with more than 6 million processed, showing the importance of the platform. The company’s growth is clear from the recent statistics.

In 2023, p?E x?DFC2?46 introduced k6>mw2@J:32@, a health insurance claim that allows direct access to users in China. It was the first in the country to offer quick claims services, with an average of 30 minutes for over 300,000 claims and RMB 1 billion. As a result of the great feedback, w2@J:32@ has improved.

With these initiatives, p?E x?DFC2?46 has made considerable advancements in claim processing. The new system improved claim processing and increased efficiency.

The k6>mv@=56?r9@:46 group also uses p?E x?DFC2?46’s |F=E:&724E@C |@56= in order to establish the best claim processes.

“We work to facilitate an efficient and all-inclusive claims process that is of excellent quality for people of all ages,” says the CEO.
