Atlas Insurance Agency, headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, has announced the acquisition of its sister company, Atlas Employee Benefits, to operate under a single brand.
“While Atlas Insurance and Atlas Employee Benefits have operated separately in the past, this acquisition brings them together under one umbrella, creating a more connected, efficient client experience,” the company stated in a press release.
Atlas Employee Benefits will transition to operating under the Atlas Insurance name, which will give the company an opportunity to expand its services to business clients. Established in 1953, Atlas Insurance has a long track record of serving clients in 45 states and provides both business and personal lines coverage through a network of local and national carriers. The company presently has over 60 professionals on its staff. Rob Brown serves as company president.
