The judges praised CIG for its resilience, ability to expand its products, and continued achievement of financial metrics. They noted that the company successfully attracted and retained customers despite challenging regulatory conditions. CIG’s customer-focused approach resulted in high retention rates and positive customer testimonials.

The IT Development team was recognized for its innovation and impact on the company through major system upgrades, cloud migrations, and enhanced quoting tools. Their efforts improved agent transparency, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The Communications team was celebrated for its strategic approach, measurable results, and impressive accomplishments, particularly given its size.

CIG President & CEO, Andy Doll, reflected on the awards, stating, “Everyone at CIG has been working hard for a long time, and those efforts have been reflected in our results. These awards illustrate how this hard work is being recognized by those independent from the company.”

The Stevie® Awards, established in 2002, honor organizations and professionals globally for their achievements. This year, over 3,600 nominations were submitted, judged by more than 250 professionals worldwide.

CIG is a trusted provider of Agriculture, Commercial, and Personal insurance coverage across Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. The company is known for its superior customer service and customizable coverage, delivered through independent agents. CIG is rated “A” (Excellent) by AM Best and is part of the Auto-Owners Insurance group of companies.
