ZURICH, Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) has announced significant leadership changes within its global operations, impacting its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and North America divisions. The appointments, which are subject to regulatory approvals, will take effect on April 1, 2025.
Ana Robic, currently Senior Vice President, Chubb Group, and Division President of Personal Risk Services (PRS), Chubb North America, has been appointed Regional President of Europe, Middle East and Africa. She succeeds David Furby, Senior Vice President, Chubb Group, who will become Executive Chairman of Europe, Middle East and Africa. In her new role, Robic will oversee Chubb’s European business. Furby, as Executive Chairman, will provide executive oversight for the region’s general insurance business.

Melissa Scheffler, currently Chief Operating Officer of PRS, will succeed Robic as President of Personal Risk Services and as Vice President, Chubb Group. Scheffler will report to Ortega.
