CRC Group Rebrands Employee Benefits Division
CRC Group has rebranded its employee benefits division, BenefitMall, under the new name CRC Benefits. This change is part of a larger effort to unify the company’s offerings and strengthen its position in the wholesale insurance market. The rebrand includes a new name, logo, and visual identity, aligning CRC Benefits with other CRC Group business units.

According to CRC Group, the rebranding aims to simplify its structure, improve market clarity, and enhance the value delivered to retail agency partners. The company stated that the rebrand will help present a more consistent message to the market while maintaining its focus on service delivery and product access for brokers and carrier partners.
“It’s all about delivering more value for our customers in the simplest, most effective way,” said Neil Kessler, CEO of CRC Specialty + Benefits. “Bringing our benefits business under the CRC brand simplifies our structure, strengthens our message, and reinforces our commitment to being the go-to growth partner for agencies nationwide.”
CRC Benefits offers a wholesale employee benefits platform, providing services that include group and individual coverage across medical, non-medical, and stop-loss lines. The division supports retail partners working with businesses of all sizes.
“While our name and look are changing, our unwavering commitment to our retail brokers and carrier partners remains the same,” said Bob Love, President of CRC Benefits. “The CRC Benefits brand better reflects the scale, service, and solutions we bring to brokers and carriers every day.”
The rebranding comes after CRC Group acquired BenefitMall in 2022, a deal expected to close in the third quarter of that year. With the rebrand now complete, CRC Group said CRC Benefits is positioned to operate as an integrated part of its national platform.
