DUAL North America Appoints Jason Collier, Oakbridge Insurance Welcomes John Ledyard
DUAL North America and Oakbridge Insurance are strengthening their leadership teams with key executive appointments, signaling their commitment to expanding specialized offerings in the insurance sector.
DUAL North America announced the appointment of Jason Collier as its executive vice president – Bloodstock & Equine. Collier will spearhead the growth of DUAL’s equine division, working with the London-based Bloodstock & Equine team to solidify its position in the US equine mortality market. Collier brings 25 years of experience in equine insurance, including expertise in program development, underwriting strategy, and agency relationships.

Collier will be based in Lexington, Kentucky. “I am thrilled to join DUAL North America and work alongside the DUAL UK Bloodstock & Equine team,” Collier said. “DUAL has a well-established reputation in the equine insurance space, and we have a tremendous opportunity to grow and innovate.”
Meanwhile, Oakbridge Insurance has appointed John Ledyard as executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new role, Ledyard will oversee organizational structure, client services, and operational efficiency as the company executes its growth strategy.
