Rochester, NY and Jersey City, NJ – February 3, 2025 – EagleView and Verisk have announced the integration of EagleView Assess into Verisk’s Xactimate and XactAnalysis platforms, aiming to streamline property claims management.

EagleView Assess utilizes autonomous drones to capture detailed property imagery, precise measurements, and AI-driven damage detection. This integration provides insurance professionals with a more efficient process for documenting storm-related damages and assessing repair scopes.

This new integration allows users to access roof reports and imagery from EagleView Assess directly within Verisk’s Xactimate and XactAnalysis platforms. Xactimate is used to estimate repair and reconstruction costs, while XactAnalysis monitors claims data to improve performance.

For policyholders, this integration promises a faster claims resolution process, allowing them to schedule roof inspections more easily and receive an objective record of damages via the imagery captured.

“As an organization that supports 24 of the top 25 insurance companies in the United States, EagleView understands the challenges carriers face. This collaboration is a direct response to wanting to best meet the needs of the insurance industry,” said Piers Dormeyer, CEO of EagleView.

Verisk customers can now request an “EagleView Assess Roof” from their Xactimate or XactAnalysis projects. After the order is completed, EagleView’s 3D Roof Measurements, along with the Sketch file and images used to create the measurement report, are uploaded to the user’s project. Custom status notifications are also available.

“We are excited to expand our partner ecosystem capabilities with EagleView Assess to deliver best-in-class tools for claims and restoration professionals,” said Aaron Brunko, president of Property Estimating Solutions at Verisk. “This integration will offer our shared customers fast and reliable roof condition reporting exactly when they need it, on a platform uniquely equipped to meet the needs of insurance professionals working across all types of property claims.”

Xactimate is part of a suite of products that support professionals in the property insurance, remodeling, and restoration industries. These solutions include estimating software programs for computers and mobile devices. The adaptability of these solutions assists Verisk clients in providing more accurate local estimates and task assignments.

Interested customers can find additional information on EagleView Assess, and Verisk Xactimate and XactAnalysis.

EagleView is a leader in geospatial technology, providing solutions that revolutionize how its customers work, with an imagery library covering 94% of the U.S. population. Verisk is a strategic data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry, helping clients to strengthen operating efficiency.
