    Gracie Point Holdings Launches GP Affluent Markets, Independent Life Insurance Financing Company

    Gracie Point Holdings, LLC, a leading provider of life insurance premium finance, has launched GP Affluent Markets, an independent life insurance financing company. The new venture will focus on providing bespoke leveraged life insurance payment solutions designed specifically for the global affluent market.

    With offices strategically located in New York, Hong Kong, and Toronto, GP Affluent Markets is positioned to serve high-net-worth individuals, financial advisors, and institutions worldwide. The primary focus will be on offering tailored financing solutions aimed at enhancing liquidity, optimizing policy value, and providing alternative payment structures for substantial life insurance premiums. The new company is supported by investments from Kuvare and Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd., both of which are known for their work in innovative financial products and solutions.

    This strategic investment highlights the rising demand for independent, client-focused life insurance financing. By working directly with trusted advisors, GP Affluent Markets aims to deliver customized financing solutions to meet the specific needs of policyholders. As an independent entity, the company pledges to offer unbiased, client-centered services, providing clients with flexible premium payment options to align with their financial objectives.

    Dean J. De Marco has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of GP Affluent Markets. De Marco brings years of experience in P&C (Property and Casualty) and Life Insurance Financing. He is committed to delivering strategic and innovative financing options to the global affluent client base.
