Jessica Goehring, Vice President of Affinity Programs, has been a vital part of Hotchkiss Insurance for over two decades. Heather Etheredge, Vice President of Human Resources, has dedicated over 20 years to developing the internal culture and talent strategy at Hotchkiss.
