HUB International Launches PEO Consulting Practice
CHICAGO, May 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Hub International Limited (HUB), a leading global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, has announced the launch of HUB PEO Consulting. This new consulting practice in the U.S. is designed to advise clients interested in working with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).
PEOs provide various outsourced human resources services, including payroll management, benefits administration, employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), workers’ compensation, and HR support. With increased regulatory oversight and competition, PEOs have become vital for small and mid-sized businesses, providing them with critical infrastructure, technology, talent, and resources that would otherwise be unattainable.

Carrie B. Cherveny, Esq., one of HUB’s Employee Benefits Compliance Practice Leaders, has been named the National PEO Consulting Practice Lead. With over 15 years of experience as a Chief Compliance Officer, employment law and ERISA attorney, and previously an In-House Counsel in a PEO, Cherveny will manage HUB’s national PEO partnerships and strategies. She will identify opportunities to partner with PEOs, provide client strategy and guidance, and enhance the client experience.
