Insurance Business has released its highly anticipated 2025 Global 100 list, highlighting the top professionals making a mark on the insurance industry worldwide.
Global Recognition
This year marks the sixth edition of the annual list, which honors individuals who have significantly impacted the insurance sector across multiple regions. The 2025 Global 100 includes leading figures from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region.
The list shines a spotlight on insurance professionals who have demonstrated excellence in key areas such as business development, operational leadership, industry advocacy, and innovation. Those selected have been commended for their contributions to their organizations’ performance, their advancement of industry knowledge, and their efforts to address critical challenges within the insurance sector.
The publication’s editorial team spent a year engaging with stakeholders across international markets to compile the list. Through interviews, event participation, and an analysis of reader feedback, the team identified professionals who have consistently demonstrated a significant impact on both their businesses and the wider insurance ecosystem.
The release of the Global 100 list comes at a time of renewed global momentum in the insurance sector. Following a period of stagnation between 2019 and 2023, when the average growth rate of total global premiums remained around 1.6%, the sector saw a recovery in 2024, with a reported increase of 4.6% in total premiums.
