ManyPets is withdrawing from the U.S. pet insurance market, the company announced. Based in the United Kingdom, ManyPets will cease operations in the U.S., effective January 1, 2025.
Existing ManyPets policyholders will have their plans transferred to Odie, another pet insurance provider, as their renewal dates approach. Odie will take over coverage for pre-existing conditions previously covered by ManyPets and will handle all future claims and customer service inquiries.
Until a new Odie policy becomes active, policyholders should continue to submit claims through ManyPets using the existing procedures. The ManyPets app and web portal will remain operational for managing claims that were submitted under the former policy.
