Marsh Captive Solutions, a unit of Marsh LLC, has appointed Julie Patel as its Americas captive consulting leader. The announcement was made on March 5, 2025.
Ms. Patel takes over from Michael Serricchio, who was recently named regional leader for the U.S. and Canada. In her new role, she will oversee a team providing support to clients throughout the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
Based in Houston, Ms. Patel previously held the position of senior vice president at Marsh Captive Solutions. She has been with Marsh since 2003.
