For the eighth year, Insurance Business America is inviting nominations for its Top Insurance Employers, a prestigious recognition of companies that stand out for their supportive workplace environments. A positive and robust workplace culture is crucial for any company’s success, and this ranking highlights those organizations that prioritize their employees.
Companies will be assessed on a range of factors, including workplace culture, the benefits they offer, opportunities for employee development, and other criteria. Being named one of the Top Insurance Employers can boost a company’s reputation, signaling to prospective and current employees that the organization values its people.
Interested companies should complete and submit their nomination forms before Friday, April 11. The winners of the Top Insurance Employers 2025 will be revealed on the Insurance Business website in August. This initiative is proudly supported by the Insurance Council of Texas and the California Insurance Wholesalers Association (CIWA).
