It also includes adjustable deductibles and copay options, giving policyholders control over their upfront and long-term costs.
Homeowners who remain claim-free may qualify for loyalty rewards. These include deductible reductions, no-loss dividends, or a refund of their first-year premium after ten years without filing a claim. In addition, the policy offers a two-term price lock to help stabilize premiums and protect against unexpected rate increases.
FLEX Home Insurance is designed to meet the needs of Texas homeowners, particularly those in areas prone to natural disasters like tornadoes and hailstorms.
