Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC, one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in the United States, has promoted John Galaviz to the newly created role of President, effective immediately. Galaviz will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
The appointment, announced by Matt Gardner, Chairman and CEO, marks a significant step in Patriot’s national expansion. “John’s leadership, vision, and operational expertise have been crucial to our success,” Gardner said. “I am confident that his expanded role will accelerate our growth and enhance our infrastructure to better support our agencies and clients.”

Galaviz joined Patriot in 2023 as CFO and has since become a trusted advisor to the company’s executive leadership, Board of Directors, and agency principals nationwide. In his new role, he will focus on driving growth, enhancing collaboration across the organization, and improving operational efficiency.

Galaviz brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience, having worked on both the brokerage and carrier sides. His background includes experience with private equity-backed organizations, giving him valuable insight into high-growth environments. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford University.
