QBE North America announced Monday the launch of an errors and omissions (E&O) insurance program designed specifically for property managers, a collaboration with Stateside Underwriting Agency. Stateside Underwriting Agency, based in Crystal Lake, Illinois, is a part of the larger Johnson & Johnson Inc. brokerage.
The program, operating on an admitted basis, offers coverage up to $5 million per claim, with the same aggregate limits. The E&O insurance is designed to serve property management professionals involved in various capacities, including construction and property development. It also caters to those offering related services encompassing residential real estate brokerage, property development and construction management, and leasing.
This joint venture aims to provide comprehensive liability protection for a broad segment of the property management industry.
