The Rocky Mount Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman suspected of identity theft. According to police, the woman allegedly stole a wallet at TJ Maxx on April 12, 2025. Shortly after, she used the victim’s information to purchase over $1,000 worth of gift cards at Target.
The suspect was captured on surveillance footage wearing a blue hoodie and a gray hat. Police have released the image to aid in her identification.
