Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.’s wholesale division, Risk Placement Services, Inc. (RPS), has acquired Litchfield Special Risks, Inc. (LSR), a wholesale insurance broker and managing general agency in El Paso, Texas. This deal strengthens RPS’s transportation and property and casualty solutions and expands its broker network across the Southwest.
