Liberty Mutual Insurance is set to refund approximately $4 million to around 138,000 Louisiana policyholders after incorrectly applying the state’s property insurance assessment for several years.
Michigan drivers will receive a $400 auto insurance refund per vehicle, totaling $3 billion in refunds, as announced by Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Department of Insurance and Financial Services.
