Westcor Land Title Insurance Company announced the promotion of Bettina Arthur to vice president of sales enablement. Arthur’s extensive experience in the real estate sector spans more than three decades.
Arthur’s expertise covers a broad range of areas, including escrow, closing, mortgage lending, sales, home building, human resources, general management, and organizational development. She joined Westcor in 2011 and previously served as director of training. In her new role, Arthur will focus on expanding and refining the company’s training programs, incorporating technological advancements for both in-person and virtual educational opportunities.
Prior to Westcor, Arthur spent ten years as the operations director for a national homebuilder. She oversaw permitting, sales, construction scheduling, and closing processes. This experience gives her a multifaceted approach to training, providing industry professionals with practical knowledge and skills.
Furthermore, Arthur is a certified distance education instructor and a member of the FBI’s InfraGard. She has a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs across the country.
