Willis Appoints New Head of Property and Casualty for Hong Kong and Macau
Willis has appointed Mr Steve Hutchinson as head of property and casualty for Hong Kong and Macau, effective 2 May 2025. Mr Hutchinson brings over 24 years of experience to his new role. Prior to joining Willis, he worked with global broking companies in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He joins Willis from Howden Insurance Brokers.
Mr Hutchinson takes over from Mr Phil Timms, who will transition to a newly established role as a managing director overseeing WTW large account clients in Hong Kong.
The appointment underscores Willis’ continued investment in its property and casualty business in the region. With his extensive experience in the insurance industry, Mr Hutchinson is well-positioned to lead Willis’ property and casualty operations in Hong Kong and Macau.
