WTW has appointed Gary Finkelstein as a senior director within its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business. Based in London, Finkelstein will help expand WTW’s transaction, complex structuring, and advisory business to (re)insurers and private equity players in the sector.
Finkelstein brings over 30 years of experience in UK and international life insurance and reinsurance, with a primary focus on M&A, financial structuring, capital management, ALM, and risk management. He has held several senior roles at EY, Milliman, and Reinsurance Group of America. Most recently, he served as interim head of corporate transactions risk and group head of structured finance at Phoenix.
